- Maintain Stocks at bars capitalization Level always.
- Ensure customer care occurs at all times
- Counsels, Trains couches waiters, counter attendants.
- Ensures security at the bar at all times, Both internal and external
- Ensures all cash is secured at the safe for all the counters.
- Provided a work schedule for the staff. .
- Ensures CForm is complete by 9:00 am every day and all banking’s done.
- Prepares a budget for the bar.
- Meets their targets.
- Custodian of the keys to the bar.
- Achieves results through constant supervision to attain results.
- Ensure a duty roaster is always signed.
- Prepares warnings for underperforming/ employs.
- Reports to deport manager.
- Provides a work schedule.
- Supervises all repair works in the premise.
- Recruits all employees in conjunction with the Hr manager
- Any other role as assigned by management
- Implements account policies.
- Develop patterns that appeal to consumers.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in a similar environment.
- Ability to work during holidays and weekends.
- Able to handle un-sober clients.
- Preferable a Male of Age 28 – 36 years a problem solver and with leadership skills
