Our client is an integrated regional downstream oil marketing company with business operations ranging from international oil trading to marine and inland terminals, retail networks, and lubrication services. They have strongly positioned themselves as a leading brand name for fuels, oil, and lubricants in East & Central Africa.
We are seeking a B2C Lubricants sales supervisor to join our clients growing team. The successful candidate will be tasked in the field to identify new businesses to uptake sales volume of 25,000litres per month.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in a Technical field
- 1 – 3 years experience in oil and gas industry, with a preference for Lubricants
- Demonstrated experience in Account/ Territory management
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit SAACOS and individuals stations to uptake lubes.
- Organise, implement and evaluate lubes promotion activities to support distributors.
- Maintain recommended margins on price per litre with all clients
- Recruit, develop, train and support 2 distributors per month
- Participation in safety meetings & training
- Eliminate Fraud Cases Due to Violation of Internal Controls
- Reduce no. of notices of Local Regulatory Violations
