Our Client in the Security industry is urgently seeking to recruit a Sales & Marketing to join their dedicated team in Nairobi.
Duties for the Sales & Marketing Job
- Source New business for the company.
- Market security services offered to potential target clients.
- Handle client’s inquiries promptly.
- Submit daily work plans to the Management.
- Submit monthly reports to management.
- Market the company products to potential clients.
- Carry out sales, sourcing and rental activities.
- Handle all clients promptly.
- Alert management on improvements required on new business sourced.
- Prepare marketing presentations for pitching purposes.
- Handle client’s inquiries promptly and report any concerns that may need further attention.
- Proper filing of all documents regarding property .
- Communicate any changes regarding the property to the Management and all the concerned parties.
- Submit daily work plans to the Marketing Manager and the Managing Director.
- Submit monthly reports to management.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by Management.
Sales & Marketing Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business with a specialization/ Diploma in Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales.
- Excellent planning, organizing and customer handling skills. Must be a relationship builder.
- Team working skills, assertive and flexible.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Kiswahili
- Ability to work under a high pressure environment
- Prior experience working in the real estate industry is an added advantage
