Our Client in the Tours and Travel industry is urgently seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their dedicated team in Nairobi.
Roles for the Business Development Executive Job
- Assist in acquiring new customers and selling additional products to our existing ones.
- B2C Sales.
- Generating sales leads for new clients
- Presenting products/services to existing and potential clients
- Product development for each customer group and also in line with the seasons
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Creating and operating a loyalty award program
- Being the liaison person between the company and supplier to negotiate for better terms/good deals
- Coordinating correspondences from our social media platforms
N/B Experience in tours and travel is preferred
Business Development Executive Job Qualifications
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business management.
- 2 years’ experience in Sales especially in a multinational organization.
- Stamina, resilience and the ability to work well under pressure
- Articulate and confident presentation skills and a professional telephone manner
- Time-management skills and the ability to priorities your workload.
- Positive attitude able to work to deadlines and targets, displaying a proven track record in a sales environment.
- Good communication and public relations skills
- Good presentation skills
- Must be pleasant and passionate about work
- Self-motivated
