  • Conduct mapping of the sub county area of operation together with the VMMC program officer in order to ensure that program mobilization resources are efficiently allocated with regard to the total population of the sub county; number of males in the target group; number of circumcised male; mapping of all healthcare facilities in the area; identification of all upcoming activities as per the community calendar, political events and religious activities that the program may need to participate for MC demand creation.
  • Ensure tracking and reporting of all mobilization activities in the sub county, including number of IEC material supplied; target s set; challenges experienced and best practices noted.

  • Provide quality and safe male circumcision services to clients in the fixed, outreach and mobile sites and facilities.
  • Provide STI screening and treatment for clients attending male circumcision services presenting with STI.
  • Monitor the health process of the clients and ensure that the national standards are strictly adhered to by the team.
  • Screen patients and ensure that they are fit for surgery.
  • Document and manage circumcision related adverse events accordingly and promptly notifies the in-charge and program officer.
  • Ensure patient safety is guaranteed before surgery, during surgery and immediately after surgery.
  • Work with the facility in-charge to promote integration of VMMC/EIMC services in the facility and that male circumcision service provision runs smoothly.
  • Review all circumcised clients on the 7th day and conduct active follow up for all clients failing to come back for review.
  • Engage facility healthcare workers in male circumcision services to ensure their participation and skills development.
  • Efficiently manage consumables and drugs stock cards and equipment inventory while ensuring timely orders for supplies re-stocking.

  • Develop, review and ensures compliance to the internal QA/QC tools and checklist.
  • In liaison with the TA, prepares and operationalizes surgical staff training needs assessment.
  • Plans and conducts relevant surgical trainings and mentorship to the MOH clinical staff according to the national and county training requirements.
  • Continuously verifies quality of all VMMC consumables and equipment and ensures timely servicing to maintain quality and effectiveness.
  • Work with the sub counties and central program staff to document and disseminate best practices and lesson learnt.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the daily teams’ data performance from the field are summarized and shared to the MOH and program teams for daily performance monitoring. This data should eventually feed into the CDC and NASCOP reporting tools.
  • Supervises the VMMC data officers and ensuring that the VMMC M&E priority monthly performance indicators are met.
  • Issues red flags if a team’s data performance in two consecutive occasions is below the target.
  • Ensures that the client’s files are entered into VMMC database by data officers within the facility and within stipulated time and that no client file leaves the health facility.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the area mobilization teams, including CHWs, Peer Educators, target groups, satisfied clients and for MC mobilization to be conducted within the national standards.
  • Conduct mapping of the sub county area of operation together with the VMMC program officer  in order to ensure that program mobilization resources are efficiently allocated with regard to the total population of the sub county; number of males in the target group; number of circumcised male; mapping of all healthcare facilities  in the area; identification of all upcoming activities as per the community calendar, political events and religious activities that the program may need  to participate  for MC demand creation.
  • Ensure tracking and reporting of all mobilization activities in the sub county, including number of IEC material supplied; target s set; challenges experienced and best practices noted.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports/highlights on the social Mobilization strategies and activities in place within the sub county.
  • Prepare monthly sub county demand creation budgets and quarterly mobilization work plans.

Yandex Enterprises Limited is a firm dealing with sales and marketing of construction and building materials.
Job Responsibilities
* Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
* Assist in bookings and reservations
* Operate the switchboard
* Attend to all routes of room bookings, such as online, phone, and in person.
* Maintain orderliness and cleanliness at the front area
* Answer telephone calls and in-person queries related to the hotel services and resolve any issues
* Process guests’ check ins and outs
* Prepare and complete room and restaurant bills
* Assist guests’ in storing valuables in secure deposit box
* Liaise with other departments of hotel
* Handle payments through cash, cheques and credit cards
Qualifications
* A diploma in Business Management
* Must have at least 3 years experience working in a hotel, preferably as a receptionist
* Excellent Communication skills
* Good Customer service skills
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Must be orderly.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Good crisis management skills

Job Responsibilities
* Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
* Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
* Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
* Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
* Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
* Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.
* Secures information by completing data base backups.
* Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
* Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
* O – Level education or equivalent
* Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a team
* Customer and business focused attitude
* Proactive attitude to look for clients and use all the necessary tools to achieve results
* Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion
* Excellent planning and organizational skills
* Willing to at times travel and probably work from outside Nairobi
