ICT Authority Job Vacancy : Clerical Officer

  • Verifying compiled statistical records for accuracy;
  • Processing of human resource statistics;
  • Preparing indents for advertisement of posts;
  • Preparing agenda for the Human Resource Advisory Committee;
  • Maintaining stores, records and equipment inventory;
  • Preparing estimates of expenditure for general office services;
  • Ensuring safe custody of invoices, receipts and other records; and
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of filing system

Qualifications

  • KCSE Certificate
  • Have a proficiency certificate for clerical officers.
  • Have a certificate in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Kenya Accounts Technician Certificate (KATC), Kenya Administration and Management Examination (KAME) or any other relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Be proficient in computer applications.
  • Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution; and
  • Show merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
