- Verifying compiled statistical records for accuracy;
- Processing of human resource statistics;
- Preparing indents for advertisement of posts;
- Preparing agenda for the Human Resource Advisory Committee;
- Maintaining stores, records and equipment inventory;
- Preparing estimates of expenditure for general office services;
- Ensuring safe custody of invoices, receipts and other records; and
- Ensuring proper maintenance of filing system
Qualifications
- KCSE Certificate
- Have a proficiency certificate for clerical officers.
- Have a certificate in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Kenya Accounts Technician Certificate (KATC), Kenya Administration and Management Examination (KAME) or any other relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Be proficient in computer applications.
- Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution; and
- Show merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
