We are pleased to announce the following vacancy in the Ecommerce (Masoko) Department within the Enterprise Business Unit Division. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.
Reporting to the Head of Department – Masoko, the position holder will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing Technology e-commerce strategy in-line with the business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop, own, drive and implement the overall technology product strategy to ensure that ecommerce platforms meet business needs.
- Oversee innovation and continuous innovation of technical assets as well as day-to-day product development activities
- Build and lead a team dedicated to providing engineering support for the e-commerce platform.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- 10 – 15 years technology experience with proven ability in developing / implementing a successful technology / ecommerce strategy
- Project management skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Solid Understanding and Application of the Scrum Framework or agile ways of working.
