Our client is looking to hire a qualified, dynamic and results oriented Sales Representative who will be responsible for managing specific territories of Health care providers (pharmacy, Clinics and Hospitals). They will demonstrate and present medical machinery and equipment with the aim to sell.
Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the assigned territory by planning, territory analysis, and targeting.
- Identifying and establishing new business and presenting the products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists.
- Conduct regular visits to hospital facilities with the aim of launching, promoting and selling the products.
- Achieve set sales targets, reviewing sales performance and submitting detailed reports on the same.
- Track and provide reports on territory performance and individual performance.
- Ensure timely product delivery to all clients who have placed orders.
- Monitoring stock movement and maintaining detailed records of the same.
- Provide on-going support to clients to create favorable relationships with them.
- Provide regular report and feedback from the clients in a correct, complete and timely manner.
- To collect, monitor and analyze relevant data from the market and identify competitive advantages of the organization brands vis-a-vis competition.
- To provide accurate documentation and feedback on field activities as per the organization standards.
Qualifications for the Sales Representative Job
- Diploma or degree in Business or Sciences
- good organization & time management skills,
- excellent communication,
- negotiation and selling skills. Excellent soft skills and people skills.
- At least 2 years working experience where experience in a pharmaceutical or FMCG Company will be an added advantage.
