Allure Cattlephos is a leading company in Kenya offering solutions to dairy animal nutrition and production. Some of our products are internationally recognized popular brands of livestock nutritional products. We collaborate with Agro-vets, Farmers Shops, Agricultural Farms, Farmers Associations, Co-operative Society to ensure our products are available to all retailers & farmers etc.
We have now been fully established in all regions in Kenya and we’re looking for strong & highly motivated marketers and salespeople to join our team in the respective region. We have expanded our operations in Kenya and we’ve opened more job vacant positions for youths aged between 22-30 who will be in charge of marketing and others for sales & customer management in their sales territory
Responsibilities
- They work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Sales marketers will work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc.
- To expand the visibility of the brand and work towards its popularity and advertising.
- Conducting sales events, promotions, advertising the product and working with the marketing team for better exposure.
- Administering various contract terms with clients and closing deals which can bring about profit to the company or the brand.
Requirements
- Have relevant skills in marketing & sales promotion.
- Have at least 6 months experience in marketing and/or sales.
- Must be Aged 22 – 32 years.
- Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about products.
