- Determine the client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
- Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client’s needs
- Answer technical questions, the customers/client might have
- Able to do simple repairs on laptops and printers
- Must be familiar with some of the ICT equipment used in the offices
Qualifications
- Excellent selling and negotiating skills
- At least 2 years of experience in ICT sales
- Good technical knowledge
- A keen interest on IT issues
- Good presentation skills
- The ability to write reports and proposals
- Able to work under minimum supervision
