Reeds Africa Job Vacancy : Internal Trainer

We are looking to hire an internal trainer for one of our clients.

Responsibilities for the Internal Trainer Job;

  • Delivering group and individual instruction and training covering a range of operational, and/or management areas in a specified field
  • Formulating training outlines and determining instructional methods utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops
  • Selecting or developing training aids including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works
  • Coordinating administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
  • Evaluating effectiveness of training and development programs, and utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods
  • Deliver training course
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes

Internal Trainer Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree is any related field
  • At least 3 years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
  • Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals
  • Strong project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
