Duties for the Senior Health Records & Information Assistant Job
- Document and manage patient records
- Maintain records safely and ensure confidentiality Manage inpatient records
- Assign disease codes
- Analyze medical records data
Senior Health Records & Information Assistant Job Requirements
- Served in the grade of Health Records and Information Management Assistant I for a minimum period of three (3) years;
- Certificate in Health Records and Information Management from a recognized institution; Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution; and
- Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results. Satisfy the requirements of chapter six
