Job Description
We are looking for experienced technical support personnel responsible for training and offering support on the usage of the Pos System
Responsibilities
- Assisting stockists/users to transfer manual records in to the system
- Training and offering support to stockists on the usage of the Pos
- Assisting stockists on system functionalities
- Following up with the stockists on the usage of the system
- Forwarding complains & and; suggestions to the IT department
- Being the first call in case any stockist has an issue
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any other relevant field
- 1-year Marketing experience preferably in the area of Software
- Demonstrate experience in the use of an ERP system
- IT background will be an added advantage
- Perfect customer care & interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication.
