Purpose of the Job :
Supervise and coordinate NOC activities in order to deliver outstanding network quality and services to our subscribers across Africa
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensures timely and accurate notifications of network issues are being communicated to the business and that all outages are being escalated accordingly with our NOC MSPs
- Ensure that operation management policies, standards and procedures are properly implemented, enhanced, and maintained; incident reporting and resolution, problem management, metrics collection, performance reporting, trend analysis, and Continuity of Operations.
- Preparation and consolidation of all Radio, Core and optimization SLAs on weekly and monthly basis. Ensure that the SLAS are reviewed by all the stakeholders
- Coordinate with all the NOCs across Africa, monitor and track incident management, repair and maintenance, closing incidents, preventive maintenance, and resolution of customer issues
- Drive proactive Problem Management and Continual Service Improvement (e.g., implement programs to monitor utilization for a specific service and intervene prior to over-utilization impacting that service.
- Lead the NOC MSPs and professional services team ensuring network reliability, availability, compliance with Customer Service Level Agreements (SLA), preventive maintenance requirements, and ‘readiness of network components and long haul vendor services
- Provide 24/7 support to all the partners and meet the group targets in terms of Radio Network Availability RNA, MTTR, and ticket handling objectives while providing hands-on leadership during the resolution of network incidents.
- Develop and maintain a problem management process, ensuring that NOC MSPs use it on daily basis for the long-term network availability improvement as well a consistent network stability.

Skills and Qualifications :
- BSc.in Engineering degree or equaivalent technical certifications
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in similar field
