The Nairobi City County is the creation of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and successor of the defunct City Council of Nairobi. It operates under the auspices of the Cities and Urban Areas Act, The Devolved Governments Act and a host of other Acts.
Job Description
This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will be required to work under guidance and supervision of a senior officer. Duties and responsibilities will entail:- promoting co-operative societies and enforcing compliance with co-operative legislation.
Job Qualifications
- Certificate in any of the following disciplines:- Co-operative Management, Marketing or Finance from a recognized institution; and
- Certificate in computer application from recognized institutions.
