Personal Assistant Job Responsibilities
- Managing the Governor’s diary;
- Handling of correspondence and enquiries;
- Managing appointments for the Governor;
- Setting up meetings;
- Managing the affairs of the Governor’s office;
- Managing personal staff of the Governor; and
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Governor.
Qualifications for the Personal Assistant Job
- Be a Kenyan citizen.
- Be a holder of at least a Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized in Kenya.
- KCSE Grade C+ and above.
- Working experience of not less than 5 years.
- Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya (2010) on leadership and integrity
