1. Airport Services Supervisor

Job Description
You will be required to support the Airport Services Manager when needed as well as displaying excellent skills to deal with flight delays, disruptions, denied boarding and any other challenges.
Key Accountabilities:
- Facilitate ramp handling in liaison with all airport staff to expedite departures
- Supervise the airport team to ensure on-time flight closure and working towards overall on-time performance
- Plan efficient duty allocations of manpower during duty periods for Customer Service Agents and provide support to the Airport Services Manager in case of flight disruptions, misconnections and other passenger related disruptions
- Provide leadership, demonstrate team building skills, direct staff and evaluate performance as well as being able to build on constructive feedback
- Generate various reports and always keep the workplace neat and tidy as well as offering support to the Airport Services Manager in implementation of training and remaining sensitive in varying difficult situations at all times
- Trade or vocational qualification
- A recognised IATA airline certificate
- Overall knowledge of airport functions in terms of passenger handling and passenger operations with supervisory experience preferred
- Good understanding of conditions of carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security procedures
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Training in areas such as Passenger Services, Baggage Services, Ground Operations, Dangerous Goods Regulations and ramp handling
- Ability to work shifts is essential
2. Reservations & Ticketing Supervisor

Job Description
Specific accountabilities include:
- Supervise and motivate staff and ensure quality of work meets the Airline standard
- Prepare staff roster to ensure proper distribution of manpower on weekly optimum utilization
- Support the staff and customers to resolve difficult issues and problems pertaining to reservations and ticketing, on a daily basis
- Handling customer requirements and cases professionally
- Handle Group and Travel Agency inquiries
- Dealing with all mishandled passengers, NORECs, and DNBs as required each day
- Briefing staff on a day to day basis and keeping them updated with relevant changes in the industry and for QR products and services
Ideally, you will have detailed knowledge of a Computer Reservation System (eg. Amadeus) and be fluent in both English and Arabic languages (written and spoken).
3. Senior Reservations & Ticketing Agent

Specific accountabilities include:
- Handling customer requirements and requests professionally ensuring minimum complaints. You will also support travel agents with seat confirmation and arrange VIP bookings/ticket queries
- Guiding and supporting staff and keeping updated with relevant changes in the industry and QR products/services
- Showing dedication and commitments to handle the maximum number of telephone calls and passengers whilst at all times carefully following QR procedures and regulations to achieve the highest possible quality of reservations service
- Arranging reservations and routings for passengers, utilising the Amadeus system to make the bookings for passengers and effectively communicating fares, policies and procedures to passengers by providing accurate information
- Issuing tickets and quoting correct fares to passengers
- Supporting staff and customers to resolve difficult issues and problems pertaining to reservations and ticketing on a daily basis

4. Airport Services Duty Officer

5. Senior Airport Services Agent

Specific accountabilities include:
- Supervising Check-in, Transfer Desk, and other related areas for the smooth acceptance of passengers
- Liaising with Check-in, Transfer Desk, and support Airport Services Supervisor in all areas
- Escorting and directing Arriving/Departing passengers to the respective areas such as Hotel Desk, Visa Counter, Transfer Desk, Premium Lounges, and Boarding Gates
- Assisting Duty Officer to handle company material and records
- Liaising with the GHA to ensure smooth passenger handling and quick processing of hotel and transfer passengers
- Assisting passengers in regard to Entry Requirements, Visas, Residence Permits and ensuring smooth transition through through the airport facilities
- Performing other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
An upbeat and positive attitude are necessary to perform well in this very high pressure and demanding environment.
English language fluency (written and spoken) is a requirement for this position.
6. Airport Services Agent

Accountabilities include:
- Delivering the highest level of Customer Service at all customer touch points
- Constant liaison with Check-in, Boarding Gate, Ramp, Cargo, Lounge.
- Supervising service partners’ activities for the smooth acceptance of passengers.
- Directing Arriving/Departing passengers to respective areas such as Arrival Hall, Transfer Area, Departure Gate, Lounge, etc
- Checking entry requirements (visas, residence permits) are met
- Coordinating with Cargo, Fuelling company, Baggage Make up Area, aircraft loading team, catering suppliers for a smooth turnaround
- Handling of company mail
- Performing pre- and post-flight administration duties
- Handling baggage claims
- Ensuring compliance with QR Safety and Security requirements.
- On Time Performance
Must be willing to work shifts including weekends and night shifts.
Fluency in English (Oral and written ) is essential for this role. Knowledge of Amadeus Reservations & DCS will be an added advantage.
