Our Client who is a moving company is looking for a results-driven sales manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. They will be tasked with showcasing their product to prospective clients in order to boost top-line revenue growth. They specialize in moving individuals and offices both locally and internationally.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual salestargets within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve salestargets and expand our customer base.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop prospects from current commercial customers, referral leads, and sales and trade meetings.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts.
  • Prepare forms or agreements.
  • Determine future growth.
  • Participate in recruitment of Sales Executives

Requirements for the Sales Manager Job

  • Proven work experience as a sales executive/manager in the moving industry.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Remuneration

Retainer is Kshs 45,000 – 55,000 Plus commission
