Job Summary
The graduate/trainee will report to the Production Manager – Flowers Department. Under this program, the graduate is expected to go through all sections of production and later evaluated for confirmation.
Key responsibilities
- Uphold compliance to Phyto-sanitary requirements at all time.
- Enforces/observe HSE rules and regulations and champions the implementation of the Syngenta HSE policy in all operations.
- Willing to go through all production processes for learning and exposure
- Attend tasks & projects allocated from time to time
- Be of unquestionable behaviour
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualification and competencies:
- A degree in Horticulture / Agriculture or its equivalent
- Relevant work experience (Growing Ornamental crops in a greenhouse setting) will be an added advantage.
- Data entry and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate experience in Microsoft Office with excellent organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving skills
