Job Purpose

The job holders will be expected to provide technical and logistical support to the Market Deepening Unit in Business and Market Development, Stakeholder & Investor relations, Product Development and Innovation

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business management (Finance or Marketing), Public Relations and/Communications or any other relevant field
• At least 1-year experience in Business Development, Stakeholder/Investor relations or Customer Relations experience within a financial services institution setting.
• Digital Media and advertising qualifications would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Researching on new products within the capital market industry, analyze new business opportunities, market competitors and provide general support for the Market Deepening function as needed
• Defining and implementing standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience in the capital markets industry.
• Conducting surveys to gather information on customer opinion pertaining to capital markets products and services.
• Utilizing social media platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries.
• Implementing programs of structured face to face engagement with issuers, market intermediaries and market infrastructure providers, aimed at enhancing actual uptake of product and services.
• Providing investor and stakeholder relations support.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Essentials

Job Purpose

The clinical officer will be a member of the LVCT Health clinical team with the role of providing HIV/AIDS and related treatment services to all patients and clients. The clinical officer will ensure that the optimal standard of care is achieved in the LVCT Health HIV clinic and other outreach services to ensure quality in service provision in line with national guidelines, patient satisfaction and good clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Diploma in Clinical Medicine/Surgery from a recognized Medical College.
• A registered member with the clinical officer’s council.
• At least three (3) years’ work experience in a busy Comprehensive Care Clinic or relevant sector.
• Must be trained in Adult and Pediatric ART from National Aids control council (NASCOP) Kenya.
• Good understanding of HIV in Kenya environment.
• Experience in working with the Government of Kenya guidelines, standards, tools and best practices.
• Good data management and report writing skills.
