Our client in a Dairy Industry is seeking to hire a Process/Product Analyst to join their dedicated team in Nakuru.
Process & Product Analyst Job Responsibilities
- Sampling finished product and checking the process of production.
- Documentation reviews
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Inspection of finished products to ensure it meets the required standards.
- Chemical and Laboratory Analysis of finished products.
- Enforcement of GMP, GLP and GHP in accordance with HACCP.
- Ensure all finished products are standardized and specifications are included; work with production to assist with updates
- Audit products to ensure there is no duplication.
Qualifications for the Process & Product Analyst Job
- Degree/Diploma in Analytical Chemistry
- At least 5 years’ experience in a dairy industry
- Good analytical skills
