- Must be holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing and supplies management OR Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or its closely related equivalent from a recognized university with a post-graduate diploma in purchasing
- Must be registered with relevant professional body.
- At least three (3) post qualifications work experience OR have served for three (3) years at the grade 8.
