Requirements
- A diploma in business course or at least CPA section 2
- Passionate
- Integrity
- Can work under pressure
- 1 year experience in rent collection or debt collection an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Not more than 26 years old,preferably male.
- Should be driven, goal-oriented person and analytical
Responsibilities
- Rent collection and recovery
- Solving issues regarding Tenants and landlords
- Property inspection and advertisement
- Marketing of vacant properties
- Sourcing for new business .
