Details:
The position entails processing and monitoring goods leaving the company by using the relevant shipping documents such as: invoices, LPOs, Delivery notes etc.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising Truck Arrivals and offloading at Airport premises
- Ensuring cargo is weighed and countersigned all the dockets
- Ensuring products are presented to the KEPHIS inspector in good time for inspection.
- Responsible for the collection of Phytosanitary certificates and other relevant export documents and the subsequent delivery to the handling agents as required.
You will;
- Be computer literate
- Be fluent in English
- Be able to work under pressure and well-organised
- Be physically fit and able
- Educated to ‘O’-level
- Have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in a busy / similar firm
- Possess training in aviation
- Be able to work flexibly and 6 full days per week
- You will be trustworthy, hardworking and able to take instruction
