- Growth of Deposits both Cheap and Term deposit in line with the Bank Strategy
- Growth of the Loan book through quality disbursements.
- Growth of all Bancassurance products through all the Bank distribution
- Support in managing Sale Team productivity and performance monitoring in line with the company objective
- Sales Consultant numbers optimization and contracting
- Coordinating training for Sales Consultant
- Managing the Graduation process and monthly award
- Managing the review of the Rem model of the Sales Team
- Handling administrative issue for the Sales Teams
- Support Retail credit processes for TAT assurance for enhanced Customer experience
- Communicating and reinforcing the AML-CTF compliance culture established by the board
- Implementing and enforcing the board-approved AML, KYC & CFT policy within the Department, Unit or Branch.
