Consolidating and revising budget as per guidelines issued by the National Treasury and the Parent Ministry;

Have a certificate in Management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting from a recognized university.

Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution plus 3 years’ experience
