Company Description
Our client is a well-established organization and they are looking for a Sales Manager – Appliances for their Office in Kenya.
Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and following sales targets of the customer by successfully managing the channels and the distributor
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Coaching and performance monitoring of brand ambassadors
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales, Account Management or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
