Our Client in the Tracking industry is urgently seeking to recruit a technical support to join their dedicated team in Nairobi.

Technical Support Job Responsibilities
- Follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases
- Be part of the team that undertakes the development, testing, and implementation stages and review the completed projects effectively
- Perform crucial technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
- Identify resource and equipment requirements and efficient capacity planning
- Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical trainer to team members, staff, and clients
- Consider project proposals and evaluate feasibility
- Generate ideas for improving technical products and services
Requirements for the Technical Support
- Degree/diploma in automotive or Electrical engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
MCSE/CCNA Certification - Have a tracking record
- Experience in Java scripting would be an added advantage
- 2 years working experience especially in a competitive technological environment
- Knowledge of SIP based programming/Unified Communications
- A good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to deliver timely accurate results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative with an outside the box kind of thinking.
- Ambitious, innovative and resilient
- MUST be 30 years and above.
