- Reception of samples : receive the samples and check the correspondence between the request form and the samples; ensure that the collection of samples is correct according to the examinations requested; in case of delay of an examination; ensure the perfect preservation of the samples
- Take charge of the CD4 count measure (back up test from the test realized as a POC with PIMA) according to the study SOP and the HIV tests (Determine, Unigold)
- Prepare the DBS and the plasma samples from the blood samples according to the laboratory protocol and the SOP and prepare their shipments to the laboratories responsible for them (in link with MSF supply)
- Fill out the study forms for each expedition (list of sample, export and import permit) according to the study SOP
- Fill out the results forms and ensure their classification according to the study SOP
- Ensure the perfect preservation of the samples between their preparation and their shipment
- Ensure the perfect preservation of the samples until the end of the study
- Ensure universal precautions in the laboratory
