Sheer Logic is seeking to engage dynamic individuals for a Cost Accountant position for one of our clients, in the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities for the Cost Accountant Job
- Daily sales reporting for CP
- Market funding reconciliation
- Approval of Market funding invoices in Workflow
- Pricing analysis & upload of prices into SAP
- Month end analysis – Act vs fcst vs budget including price, volume and mix effect analysis.
- Cost Centre Forecasting/ Budget management and submission to HFM
- Grower Payment tracking and Cash flow forecasting
- Monthly Intercompany Freight Analysis-extracting and reviewing all freight and clearance invoices
- Growers/Imported seed delivery tracking and confirmations in SAP
- Strengthen internal controls around Inventory management
- Regular reviews and updates of SAP Costing material master
- Review all seed application documents prior to release
- Manage NSC rental dashboard and process monthly adjustments
Cost Accountant Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related business field
- Certified Public Accountant(CPA-K) or ACCA is an added advantage
- 5 years of experience
- Experience in the agriculture, manufacturing or seed industry is an added advantage
- Experience in cost accounting
- Experience in Inventory management
- Working experience of SAP a plus
