Our client is a well-established integrated business solutions provider delivering high-end technological solutions for world-class businesses. They seek to hire a seasoned and team oriented office manager who will be tasked with management of the day-to-day operations in the office

Roles and Responsibilities for the Office Manager Job

  • Organizing meetings and managing databases.
  • Booking transport and accommodation.
  • Organizing company events or conferences.
  • Track and trace all the inbound and out bound couriers.
  • Greetings visitors on their arrival and directing them to the right department / person
  • Handle the support portal for all the group companies and respond to clients complaints in a timely manner.
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports when necessary.
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
  • Managing office budgets.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients as and when asked to do so.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
  • Organizing induction programs for new employees.
  • Attending meetings with senior management.
  • Keep a track of the support related activities and liaising with the director for any other responsibility.
  • Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews etc.
  • Undertake any other task as deemed necessary by the management.

Office Manager Job Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field of study.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience in logistics will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have excellent writing skills
  • Strong strategic, analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to multi task and manage competing demands.
  • Ability self-manage, work on own initiative, meet tight deadlines and balance priorities to achieve results
  • Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution
