Brites Management Job Vacancy : Invoicing Clerk

Our client a food Industry Company in Thika seeks to recruit an experienced invoicing clerk.

The job holder will be a liaison between the sales and production department in the organization to ensure customer demands are met, orders are well captured and all sales are invoiced.

He/ she will report to the customer service Manager and will be tasked with establishing customer rapport to realize growth in accounts as assigned.                                                                                                          

Invoicing Clerk Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining of the dashboard to ensure all orders are loaded in time.
  • Circulation of reports i.e. updated sales report.
  • Filing of records.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure all orders are loaded
  • Invoicing and issuing credit memos
  • Making follow up with customers for payment

Qualifications for the Invoicing Clerk Job

  • Diploma in a business related course
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • 2-3 years working Experience
  • Experience in logistics and accounts will be an added advantage
