Our client a food Industry Company in Thika seeks to recruit an experienced sales coordinator.
The job holder will be a liaison between the sales and production department in the organization to ensure customer demands are met, orders are well captured and sales targets are met.
He/ she will be tasked with establishing customer rapport to realize growth in accounts as assigned.
Sales Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate orders between sales and production to ensure efficiency on demand planning
- Coordinate sales on attainment of daily targets
- Resolve customer claims and queries
- Follow-up on timely delivery of orders – on time, in full with no errors
- Manage key accounts and establish customer relationships to increase sales
- Circulation of reports on as assigned
- Key in orders on the system and ensure all orders are serviced
- Answer to customer’s complaints in a timely manner
- Work closely with the loading, dispatch team and drivers for orders delivery
- Ensure all orders are captured accurately.
- Prepares and analyzes quality reports for Management review

Qualifications for the Sales Coordinator Job
- Degree/ Diploma in sales and marketing or a business related course
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
- 2-3 years working experience as a sales coordinator in a busy manufacturing environment
Experience in logistics, dispatch, telesales and customer service will be an added advantage
