- A Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts (Food Service Management) or equivalent from a recognized Institution;
- At least Five (5) years relevant Food and Beverage Management experience;
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS);
- Conversant with food and beverage trends and best practices.
