Account Manager at Unimedia Africa Ltd

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of new customers in order to help customers in their success using our services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and solve any issues the customers may face. We are looking for candidates that display a winning mentality.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting future potential clients.
  •  Booking meetings and performing sales presentations and follow-ups.
  • Reporting av weekly and monthly activities.
  • Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with team members and develop a long lasting relationship with customers.
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our services and platforms.
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts.
  • Be an agile problem-solver an efficient thinker.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in marketing or sales are preferred, but not necessary.
  • Previous account management experience.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer skills: Above average Fluent in both written and oral English.
