Job Brief
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Assistant’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Prepare reports on account status on a monthly basis
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Regularly activate dormant client list and provide report as may required
- Collaborate with production and sales team to identify and resolve issues as well as determine opportunities for business growth
Requirements
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
