We are looking for a fresh, fun creative individual with star potential to join our aggressive Sales & Marketing Team for 3 months as a Sales & Marketing attaché. The program aims at providing the attachés an opportunity to acquire practical aspects of their respective areas of specialization within Sales & Marketing as partial fulfillment of their Diploma/ degree program. During this period, the attaché will be based in Smoothtel Head Office on Menelik Road, off Ngong’ Road.
Qualifications
- Be a Kenyan Citizen aged between 20 and 25years
- Should be a continuing student pursuing a Diploma/ Degree from a recognized University
- Should have a valid introduction letter from the university
- Should have an approved application with NITA
- Must be available full time for the three months duration of the program
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Have a positive attitude and good negotiation skills
- Should be passionate about Sales & Marketing,and
- Should be well conversant with digital marketing platforms e.g Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying business prospects through cold calling and pitching
- Generate new business leads through new or existing networks in the market
- Booking meetings for the Senior Management Staff
- Pushing our product and services to the market
- Updating and expanding our sales pipeline
- Managing our company social media platforms, and creating creative social media strategiesand,
- Any other responsibilities assigned
