- Candidates should have relevant academic papers
- Drivers and conductors should have a valid driving license
- All Drivers must have PSV license
- Well disciplined
- Familiar with NTSA rules and regulations
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in the relevant position
- Candidates who have a background in the matatu industry are highly preferred
