Overall Job Purpose: The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for Attendance Management, Leave Management and Performance Management. The successful candidate will undergo intensive on the job Training. It is important to note that this is an entry level position
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Work Experience(6 months-1 year)
- Be a registered member of IHRM
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A good team player
- Excellent communication and listening skills, including highly effective multitasking skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize workload.
