Reporting into the Head of Stores & Procurement and working closely with the Farm sites and HO Store Keeper, the principle role of the Junior Packaging Coordinator is to ensure the timely and smooth management of all aspects of Roses packaging; coordinating Packaging storage, managing Packaging In/Out and administration of GRNs from the Farm Sites as well as filing requisitions, conducting Stock-Takes and assisting the Head of Imports with stocks for imported packaging.

- Are you a graduate in Purchasing / Procurement / Supplies management with a minimum 1 years’ post-graduation work experience ideally acquired in a Stores/Data Entry role in a Packhouse environment?
- Are you a good communicator, numerate and computer literate?
- Can you work to strict timelines and are able to take instruction?
- Are you Nairobi based and able to work a full 6 day working week Monday – Saturday, in a fast-paced environment?
Field Manager (Veg)

Reporting to the Farm Manager, the Field Manager is fully responsible for crop production. The role includes labour management, managing all areas of crop husbandry and crop inspection (land preparation, planting, weeding, irrigation and spraying etc. to highest possible standards), communicating with Packhouses, ensuring Audits / Industry and Company standards are adhered to and any corrective action implemented.

- Post-secondary training in Crop Science, Horticulture or any Agricultural related course.
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a horticultural farm in a similar position or any other senior production position
- Good knowledge of the horticulture industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good numerical and planning skills
- Must be self-starter, a team player and of high integrity
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision with strict targets and timelines
- Must be able to work 6 full days per week
