Sales Executive at Fonet

FONET is a Business Mentorship Centre in Homa – Bay town. We identify youth and women groups in local areas and give them mentorships in areas of business management, financial management, financial mobilization and group cohesion among others. We also connect them with financial providers where they can access asset loans easily to operate their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Establish new clients (active groups) by organizing and planning daily work schedule
  • Move around the given region to meet and convince potential clients
  • Study the type of clients and adjust the content of sales presentations
  • Gather current marketplace information on business services and pricing in order to monitor competition
  • Make calls and communicate with clients on a regular basis
  • Maintain daily and weekly reports on a professional manner
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
  • Must be able to speak the local language (Dholuo)
  • Very aggressive and presentable
  • A team player who takes initiatives
