Sagaci Research is now looking for a Telesales/Business Development Manager to manage a B2B telemarketing team. This role is all about management, motivation, team leadership and growing a sales team to be highly successful in an international B2B environment.
What will I be doing?
You’ll have full responsibility for creating and motivating the sales team, optimising the sales process to maximise results and achieve ROI impact! As Manager, you’ll be hands-on in your approach to setting and monitoring targets, ensuring that these are achieved and that workload is prioritised. You’ll be confident using the CRM system efficiently and effectively.
Using your excellent knowledge of sales oriented business processes you will support programs to drive brand awareness and sales. You’ll have a strong understanding of sales cycles, buyer personas, customer needs and customer lifecycle management which you will use to accurate forecast future sales as well as form plans to adapt to marketplace shifts.
You will be expected to lead from the front achieving your own personal target for sales in addition to that of your team
What do I need?
- Strong experience managing a sales team, ideally in the B2B service sector. A minimum of three year’s similar experience plus proof of a successful track record is required
- Leadership skills. You inspire and receive buy-in from both your team and other stakeholders
- Coaching and people development skills. You not only want to lead, but also want to develop the team.
- You are a Kenyan Citizen (no work permit needed)
