As a Marketing Campaign Manager Crop Protection, you will be responsible for:

They Will Collaborate With Marketing Lead, Sales Lead, Key Account Managers (KAM), Territory Sales Representatives (TSR’s), Local Product Concept Teams (LPCT), Country Leaders And The Marketing Agency & Contribute In Creating, Designing Of Innovative Market Inputs/tools For Executing The Campaigns

Responsible for ideation & execution of various sales campaigns as per Seed or Crop marketing strategy to achieve the volume and revenue goals.

They will interact directly with the complete set of Seed and Crop Protection Portfolios, ensuring portfolio management and optimization, product life cycle management, launch excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create Integrated Marketing campaigns based on Market Segments with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results and evaluation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
  • Maintain regular measurement of the Return On Investment (ROI)I of campaigns.
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
  • Analyze various market segments, grower insights, product feedbacks and competitive dynamics to identify market trends, threats or new business opportunities and
  • reflecting customer needs
  • Manage cross functional Local Product Concept Teams to define new project requirements, to build business case, to describe strategic priorities, define product attributes, to design value proposition and create sales argumentation.
  • Develop and implement product, area specific strategies, scheduling projects, price developments, label extensions and licensing-in opportunities over the lifecycle of the assigned portfolio in close relationship with Product Managers and in accordance with regional business strategies
  • Manage cross functional Local Product Concept Teams to define new project requirements, to build business case, to describe strategic priorities, define product attributes, to design value proposition and create sales argumentation.
  • Define product prices based on regional guidance, market research and anticipated demand
  • Provide annual marketing plans for the given products and monitors them, track performance of products versus plan (prices and volumes vs PO, project stage reviews), investigate significant deviations, and recommend corrective action as necessary
  • Establish activity charter for the year with timeline and share quarterly progress report
  • Build market intelligence network, target competition campaign strategy
  • Understand customer needs & market insight for developing effective campaigns
  • Proactive support to Area leadership for business delivery
  • Adherence to defined company values & policies

Qualifications

  • Bsc.in Agriculture or any science related field
  • Previous experiences in a commercial/sales role.
  • Experience overseeing simultaneous campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of current market trends
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Seed and OR Plant protection market, especially in terms of the assigned product portfolio.
  • Good understanding of operational planning as well as product development processes.
  • Ability to successfully create, launch and manage brands.
  • Strong analytical skills in market research, including economic analysis.
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Team player who can influence others
  • Excellence in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
