Our client runs an integrated farm plus an extraction and refining plant producing products for sale around the world. The business is in high growth mode and is built on a strong Christian faith-based foundation. They are seeking to hire Operator Trainees.
EDUCATION AND COLLATERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University / College.
- Two (2) or more years’ experience in a complex engineering environment. Experience in extraction and refining will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of performance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and with outstanding strategic, analytical, creative, problem-solving and presentation skills.
