The Crop Care Supervisor is involved in executing trials across irrigation, fertigation, as well as pest and disease programs. You will be responsible for managing the day to day labour and site operational needs as well as ensuring crop health and monitoring is maintained on a daily basis.

Reporting to the Soft Fruit Manager, your responsibility is to ensure that the berries are produced according to the internationally accepted standards of Total Quality Management Systems, and to ensure that the production process carries on without interruptions on a day to day basis, gearing towards maximum consumer satisfaction for all the products in terms of the safety, quality and legality.
