We are looking for a Superstar – Team Leader and Coach to work with our team of Operations Associates (Photo Editors) in Nairobi, Kenya.
This is a critical function at Edu Plus Africa, ideally suited for a technically-savvy, detail-oriented individual who will assure that our Homes Listings meet our standards and are both engaging, and accurate.
What you’ll do:
- Ensuring a compelling representation of the homes (Exterior and Interior)
- Manage workflow including photo editing, layering and uploading
- Evaluate homes photography and other digital assets for quality and adherence to our standards
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ year’s experience in photo editing
- Must be proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- Understanding of professional photography production processes
- Experience with real estate or architectural photography
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capability to listen
- Experience in the vacation rental industry, hospitality, travel, or real estate marketing is a strong plus
The Operations Supervisor must be a fast learner, tech-savvy, problem solver, with a photographer’s eye, independent worker, focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
