Trainer for Police Senior Development Programme at G4S

JOB INTRODUCTION:

This single opportunity is for 3 posts, with varying levels of responsibility.

As a part of developing a Police force and transforming the force for organisational growth and development.  The roles are to build and develop a training course for senior staff, including equality in employment and engagement.  The3 levels are: Lead subject matter expert; Assistant Subject Matter Expert and Equality(Gender) subject Matter Expert, all require formal training qualifications.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Design and develop Senior Leadership Development Programme (SLDP)
  • Deliver the SLDP training paths through a ‘Train the Trainer’ construct
  • Design and monitor SLDP Results Framework
  • Analyse and evaluate (Kirkpatrick levels 1-4) the SLDP
  • Assess SLDP progress and impact against SLDP Results Framework
  • Configure and manage SLDP training materials and documents

Produce monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reports

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Former UK Police Officer
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in a police training and educational department
  • Candidates applying for this post must have a Certificate in Education and Training Level 3/4
  • Experience of designing and delivering similar programme in East Africa desirable
