Yala is urgently seeking to recruit a skilled candidate to fill the position of Sales and Marketing supervisor. The succesfull candidate will join a talented young and diverse team working to better the lives of farmers and consumers. The main objective will be to increase the market share of our products, Mainly:
- Drive Sales in assigned area directly (personally) and indirectly through Trade Agents & Merchandiser.
- Manage sales promotions as may be assigned within the allocated budgets.
- Manage and supervise the sales teams ensuring they stick to KPIs
- Manage customer relationships with current and future clients
- Regularly produce sales reports, budgets and forcasts
Qualifications
- Certificate, diploma or degree in , sales, marketing or related courses
- Experience in Sales in FMCG
- Customer handling skills
- Promotions & merchandising skills
- Excellent in communication skills
- Business development understanding & skills
Key Performance Indicators
- Daily Sales achievement
- Wholesale/Outlet product market share
- Wholesale/Outlet Visibility of product brands
- Timeliness & Quality of reports
