Job Summary
Lead, support and motivate the sales team for the achievement of branch targets, customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term goals in line with company vision and values.
Minimum Qualification:
- 1-2 years of leadership or management experience
- Previous experience and understanding of micro finance institutions
- A degree in a business-related field
- Good leadership skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- A strong, mission driven and ambitious person who leads by example.
- Computer literacy
Responsibilities for the Branch Manager Job
- Develop overall disbursement and collections strategy.
- Lead, support and motivate branch team for targets achievement.
- Work towards long-term portfolio growth in line with company vision and values.
- Set and evaluate disbursement and collections targets for the branch
- Responsible for the overall performance including KPIs
- Develop, update and maintain a database of potential customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Establish route to market plans for the sales team
- Provide timely reports to management
