DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the preparation of the financial reports.
- Assist with tax returns and audit processes.
- Provide basic financial and bookkeeping support to the project managers and coordinators in each assigned project location.
- Assist in keeping track of and verifying all the money going into and out of the business through accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure the company receives payments for goods and services, and record all AR transactions accordingly
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company capabilities, products and services.
- Maintain office cash/ bank accounts
- Comply with and enforce standard policies and procedures.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of progressive working experience in a busy finance office
- CPA(K)
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance (2nd Upper Division and above)
- KCSE grade C+ and above
- Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience
